A date is not considered officially booked until the required contract and retainer have been completed.

PORTRAIT SERVICES

Ami Marie Photography offers portrait photography services including couples and engagement sessions, family photography, extended family sessions, newborn photography, and senior photography.

Current services, package options, pricing, session length, deliverables, and inclusions are provided on the website and/or discussed during the booking process.

Pricing and package details are subject to change. The services, pricing, and inclusions applicable to a client's booking will be those confirmed in their invoice and/or signed photography agreement.

RETAINERS & BOOKING

For weddings, a 25% retainer is required to reserve the wedding date once the contract has been signed.

A wedding date is not reserved until both the signed contract and required retainer have been received.

For portrait sessions, booking and payment requirements will be communicated during the booking process and confirmed in the applicable agreement or invoice.

Retainers and payments are subject to the terms of the signed client agreement.

GALLERIES & IMAGE DELIVERY

Completed photographs are delivered through an online gallery.

Images are professionally edited by Ami Marie Photography according to her established editing style.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their delivered digital photographs.

Ami Marie Photography is not responsible for permanently storing client galleries after the applicable gallery delivery period has ended.

PRINTING RIGHTS

Where personal printing rights are included in a collection, they allow the client to print photographs for personal, non-commercial use.

Images may not be sold, licensed, altered for commercial purposes, or used to promote another business without written permission from Ami Marie Photography.

COPYRIGHT

All photographs created by Ami Marie Photography remain protected by applicable copyright law.

The client receives the usage rights specifically granted in their signed photography agreement but does not receive ownership of the copyright unless expressly agreed to in writing.

ARTISTIC STYLE & EDITING

By booking Ami Marie Photography, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed her portfolio and are familiar with her photographic and editing style.

Ami Marie Photography retains creative discretion over artistic decisions, including composition, editing, image selection, color, and overall artistic presentation.

Specific images, poses, locations, weather conditions, or artistic outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Outdoor sessions and wedding photography may be affected by weather, venue restrictions, emergencies, illness, travel conditions, or other circumstances outside of Ami Marie Photography's control.

If circumstances require a change to the scheduled session or coverage, Ami Marie Photography will communicate with the client and work toward an appropriate solution consistent with the applicable client agreement.
